HOW WE DO IT
Step number 1 for us is to get a comprehensive understanding of what you want and need to do on the internet ... our questions to you may very well stimulate new ideas, or (as is often the case) push you to better define how the web site is going to fit into your current business model.

We will then prepare an in-depth written proposal, parroting back to you a detailed outline of the design and functionality we understand you to want. This serves two purposes: it will reassure you that we "get it", and secondly, it will create a statement of the work to be done.

The proposal will contain our Guaranteed Price - the cost to you for the whole project. We differentiate only between "evolutionary" changes - colors, additional pages, different database tables, new Control Panel capabilities - and "architectural" changes - the addition of VeriSign, or the deletion of databases entirely. Evolutionary changes will not change the Guaranteed Price ... architectural changes may.
